Some fruits and some certain foods

We need fruits in order to keep healthy,and we also need to have other foods to get nutrition.But can we have all kinds of fruits and foods at the same time? Check the information about it online,please.


  • Though fruits and other foods are good for our health,we cannot
    eat them together at the same time.It will be bad for our health.Sometimes we eat two kinds of healthy foods but they will hurt your body. And the stomach will be uncomfortable. For example,If you eat crab and persimmon together, you'll have trouble with diarrhea.So we cannot have all kinds of fruits and foods together at the same time.
