Fruit is really wonderful and nutrition.So can we eat fruit in substitution for vegetables in life?

Fruits and vegetables have different roles to human nutrition, so only eating fruit instead of vegetables is unscientific and we should allow their nutritions do their responsibilities on the human body. That's what I think.

No.Though fruits are good for our health,we cannot eat too much,or they will be bad for our health.The vegetables also have vitamins which we need every day,so we cannot eat fruits instead of vegetables in life.

Fruit peel is richer than pulp in vitamin C, pectin and cellulose.So we should eat fruits with peel together.However, pesticides have been used in recent years,and some of the chemicals remain in the peel.Therefore, when eating fruits should be cleaned after peeling.

I don't think so.Eating too much fruit is not good for our health. And most of the nutraceuticals fruit are not absorbed well.

NoI don’t think so. We can’t eat too much even though fruit is very nourishing. How much to eat is according to different people, especially those fat people. Fruit is also a kind of sweet sauce. Green banana pulp contains large of starch. Accumulation of sugars during ripening increases sweetness. Eating too many fruits means you eat more sweet sauce, and it makes you put on weight. So generally, it’s enough for us to eat one or two fruits a day.

One better,or more than two better?
Some kids usually eat only one kind of fruit every day,others eat two or more than two kinds of fruits.What's your opinion?
We should eat miscellaneous fruit when eating fruit.A dietitian suggests that we should eat 2-3 servings of fruit,then we can absorb 120-180 calories a day.

I think we should eat more than two kinds of fruits because there are a lot of vitamins in them.Different the nutritonal value of different various fruits.For example: Tomatoes (tomatoes): This product contains rich ingredients in vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, organic acids and a small amount of proteins. It can promote digestion, diuretic, inhibit a variety of bacterial action. Tomato Vitamin D may protect blood vessels.
