  Spinach leaves are higher in vitamin C.

  Materials: test-tube, dropper, potassium permanganate, juicer, spinach leaves and spinach stems

• Implementation

  First make different kinds of juice from spinach leaves and spinach stems with the juicer. Second put some dilute potassium permanganate into two test-tubes, 4 ml in each test-tube.Next put spinach leaf juice into one of the test-tube and spinach stem juice into the other test-tube one drop by one drop.At last watch the process of change.

• Get the conclusion

  Spinach leaves are higher in vitamin C.
