4. Compost Time!
Bad Soil + Bad Grass = Time to make Compost!
We were going to do a vegetables gardens but guess what... there where many problems with the soil. It was full of tall bad grass and also dry, hard, and very very compacted. Because of that we couldn't plant our little plants. So we needed to fertilize the soil, we had to get rid of the bad grass, soften the ground and break down the lumps. After all that we still had a little problem,it still was dry and lacked vitamins and nutrients.
So...
IT'S COMPOST TIME!

Ok now you can see everyone creating the compost boxes, by first digging a trench so we could put up the walls of the boxes to keep the compost inside... |
Lets get organic. Yo yo yo!
If you though the compost time was over, think again... the compost boxes are ready but now... IS TIME TO GET ORGANIC! Ok the compost is not quite ready we need to add organic materials such as branches, leafs, worms and anything natural including rotten fruits or vegetates. Then we putted all the organic materials in the compost box, mixed it all together after flipping it with a shovel several times, every 3 days. Then we let it stand for about a month, until they mix as one called the glorious but maybe not so sweet COMPOST.
