Food and Beverages
In Rockingham, there are a lot of brilliant places to have a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are restaurants, fast food stores, cafes and some nice places just to grab a quick snack.
On Rockingham foreshore there are lots of little cafes and food stores. Our favourite cafe there, is the Island Cafe and it has a great place to sit, have a refreshing drink or meal and have one of the best ocean views around.
As for drinks and alcohol, there are many bars and pubs to go to so we are not short of places.
One very local place is named P.K Tavern (Port Kennedy Tavern). It has a restaurant, a bar and televisions to watch sports in the bars. It is a great place to have a meal.
So don't worry about your food, it will be great and fill up your hunger for a while.
Emergency Services and Telecommunication
In Australia we have St Johns ambulance and in an emergency you have to dial 000. That's also the number for the Fire Brigade and Police. When you ring it you will be given a choice to choose. You either say Fire Brigade, Police or Ambulance and they will connect you to the one you have said. Please stay calm and do not hang up.
Phone booths can be located in all public areas.
