Planet Keepers : Protecting Our World United as One

The purpose of this mutidiciplinary project "Protecting Our World United as One" is to create awareness on how much people mistreat the planet and on the misuse of the planet's resources and find simple things people can do in order to solve a global problem. High school students will be involved in such task and are expected to research on the Earth's resources, produce videos,take photographs,do surveys,write letters to government officials, make clean up field trips and write educational articles on the subject of how to take better care of our world and its resources. They are also expected to analize, interpret and summarize all the information using the proper writing process and grammar to express their ideas.
Students will have the opportunity to develop the XXI Skills such as:

Multi-cultural understanding
Creativity
Critical Thinking
Team work
Self-direction
