1)Most people don't understand why they have to learn math.
Well, math helps people with everyday things!
2)Say you were at a cash register, and you didn't know how much change you should receive from a fifty, when you just spent ten forty-seven, including tax. If you didn't know how much to get back, and the cashier didn't know how much to give you back, you could walk out of the store with twenty-nine dollars, and fifty-three cents, instead of thirty-nine dollars, and fifty-three cents. You could leave the store with ten less dollars and not even know it! So understanding basic math is very, very helpful in the long run. Harder math such as calculus is needed in more advanced careers like engineering, or designing. So if you would like to get through life keeping the money you earned, you should learn math!
