1. The government should give a concern to the environment in which their people live. So, they design the curriculum placing the harmony of the people and the nature as the first priority, no carelessness anymore.
2. The right-used technology for these people is how to recycle the garbage or to get the solution of the waste.
3. The students get not only the newest technology but also the right calculation for their life. They should understand that they will get what they have done. In short, they should be smart.

The teacher's function is still required even has happened technology progress. The students need guidance from a person who has firstly understood the lesson. Nowadays, technology is important, but we don't depend on the technology. It is made by human beings which surely is lack of something. For instance, the transfer of human beings teacher's function becomes a robot. Human beings have feeling, neither does robot. Although it can be deceived, but it still has deficiency. We cannot come up to God ability. Because of that, even in big cities have planned the using of to replace the teacher's function, the developing countries have better to apply human beings as instructor resources.
