Set a minimum standard of treatment for POW's
POW (Prisoner of War) had been treated differently in various nations.This debate questions the basic fundamentals of imprisonments with regards to the values of human rights in preventing further human right infringements for prisoners.Should or should we not treat prisoners of war with mercy?
