The Bronx Zoo
The Bronx Zoo opened on November 8th, 1899 showing 843 animals in 22 ways. Then later on in 2006 the zoo was home to 4,000 animals. Some animals were endangered and some were threatened spieces. Nearly 2 million people visit the zoo each year.
