伙伴们，我有一个想法，假如由我们来治理青海湖，十年后，青海湖一定美如仙境，下面是我设想的十年后的青海湖，你的设想是什么样的呢？快贴出来共享吧
My tentative idea
If I am the leader of Qinghai Environmental Protection Bureau, first, I would organize personals to write plan on ecological environment comprehensive control of Qinghai Lake. Enhance communication and coordination with relative state and county governments, and departments of environment protection, water conservancy, construction, prairie, forestry, fishery, tour, etc. And urge those departments to concentrate on ecological environment protection of Qinghai Lake valley according to their responsibilities. Formulate following rules: strictly forbid human activities around Qinghai Lake valley, carry out management of water use and forbid the establishing of high water consumption in the area. Meanwhile, Speed up the implementation of following project: grain for green project, ecological immigrant project, degenerated grassland control project, sand prevention and control project, forestation project, water and soil conservation project, precipitation project etc. Qinghai Lake would be much better than this picture by way of ten years’ management.
假如我是青海省环保厅厅长，我首先组织人员编制青海湖生态环境的综合治理规划，同时应加大与相关的州、县人民政府环保、水利、建设、草原、林业、渔业、旅游等部门的沟通、协调，督促各相关部门应依照各自的职责抓好青海湖流域生态环境保护工作。制定对青海湖流域周边地区严格限制人类活动，实行用水管理和禁止在流域内兴建高耗水项目的相关规定、制度。同时，加快实施青海湖流域内退耕还林、退牧还草与生态移民的建设项目和退化草地整治、防沙治沙、植树造林、水土保持、人工增雨等工程建设。我相信通过十年的治理，青海湖一定会比图片上的画更美丽。

My ideal Qinghai Lake!
If we govern the Qinghai Lake, first of all, I will limit the number of visitors。In the shortest possible time, post various various tourism notes in order to facilitate visitors. In Qinghai Lake we will increase the basis of the construction of tourist facilities, such as adequate bins, flat ground, leisure chairs and so on. Finally, we should provide a certain amount of grass for cattles and sheep around the Qinghai Lake and reach the harmonious development of nature and human. That would be a wonderful picture!如果我们来治理青海湖，首先我会限制游客数量，在最短的时间之内，张贴好各种旅游注意事项和环保宣传，方便游客。然后加大青海湖的基础旅游设施建设，比如充足的垃圾桶，平整的地面，休闲座椅等等。最后就是利用青海湖周边的草地为牧民的牛羊提供一定数量的草，达到自然与人类的和谐发展。那将会是一副多么美好的画面啊！
Beautiful Qinghai Lake!
In my opinion,there will be more and more trees and grass.Water is blue, grass are green. There is a lush aquatic plants, the quiet environment. In the lake, people can see a thousand miles grassland. I hope that the Qinghai Lake has a beautiful summer.It will be a very cool, very beautiful scenery. In the cold winter, the lake will be covered with a thick layer of snow. To November, the Qinghai Lake will begin to ice, it looks like a great big mirror.在我看来那时的青海湖一定有越来越多的树木和绿地。蓝蓝的湖水，绿绿的草地，这里水草丰美，环境幽静。在湖畔，人们可以看到千里草原。我希望夏天的青海湖畔山清水秀，天高气爽，景色十分美丽。而在寒冷的冬季，青海湖会披上一层厚厚的银装。到11月份，青海湖开始结冰，湖面上冰封玉砌，银装素裹，就像一面巨大的亮晶晶的大镜子。
