I know that the best protection is to formulate the "protection of ecological environment in Qinghai Lake Watershed Ordinance (draft)", the protection of the Ordinance provides that: Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve in Qinghai Lake basin are the focus of ecological and environmental protection areas, while protecting the scope also includes the Buha River,wuha’alan River, Sha Liu, hairgi River, Lake, etc. Heimahe river and other rivers in the catchment area. Protection of ecological environment in Qinghai Lake basin in order to protect the biological diversity and protection of natural ecosystems for the goal to water bodies, wetlands, vegetation, wildlife focus, and properly deal with the ecological construction and environmental protection and economic benefits of the relationship between farmers and herdsmen. In my opinion these provisions of the Environmental Protection of the Qinghai Lake have very big role, I very much agree with this Ordinance
我知道的最大的保护措施就是制定了《青海湖流域生态环境保护条例（草案）》，这个保护条例中规定：青海湖国家级自然保护区是青海湖流域生态环境保护的重点地区，同时保护的范围还包括布哈河、乌哈阿兰河、沙柳河、哈尔盖河、黑马河等入湖河流及其他河流的集水区。青海湖流域生态环境保护以维护生物多样性和保护自然生态系统为目标，以水体、湿地、植被、野生动物为重点，妥善处理生态环境保护与经济建设和农牧民利益的关系。我认为这些规定对青海湖的环境保护有很大很大的作用，我很赞同这个条例。
