Teamwork goal
Realize the water level rising phenomenon of Qinghai Lake, understand the ecological position of Qinghai Lake, and understand the urgency and methods of conservation of water-soil resource, enhanced the capacity of observation, social practice and express and communication. Let every member learn how to exchange, learn how to unite, learn how to cooperate.

News probes, field survey, expert lecture, expert interview, experiment, discuss online, and formulate plans.

Main activities stages include:
(1) Investigation and observation, grasp the knowledge about rising water level of Qinghai Lake. (2) Start activities, for example, field survey, expert lecture, expert interview, experiments, online communication, to grasp the reason of water level rising of Qinghai Lake and ecological role of Qinghai Lake in China and around the world. (3) Organize thematic activities about water-soil conservation on Thinkquest.org. Acquire data through various ways, enhance awareness of environmental protection, and play active part in social practice. (4) Formulate solving plans based on the social practice.

Since we decided the topic for investigation, we separate our team into two groups according to the contents of activities and facts. Group one: qihl q、jieyangw、xinzic、jingbom and ziyinz; group two: Ms.Zhu、yuepengw and jijiez. Those groups fulfill different jobs, specific divisions of work are as below:

The 1st group:

Qihl qi:
Instructor is mainly responsible for team registry, add students, add assistant instructor, advise team members to formulate activity plans, define the material needed, help to contact field survey, help to contact experts to give lectures and to be interviewed for the team members, and instruct experiments and exchange activities on the platform of the group.

Yieyangw:
Group leader is responsible for formulating activity plans, organize and coordinate group members to participate into activities like field survey, expert lectures, expert interviews, experiments etc.. And organize team members’ activities on the platform.

Xinzic3:
Group member, carry out research based on the project. Participate into field survey, expert lectures, expert interviews etc.And join in all discuss and research on the platform.

Group member, carry out research based on the project. Participate into field survey, expert lectures, expert interviews etc.And join in all discuss and research on the platform.

Vice group leader, help group leader to formulate team activity plan, organize and coordinate team member of the 2nd group to look up, to classify, and to summarize relative data , and assistant group leader to organize team activities on the platform.

Team member, carry out research based on the project, responsible for looking up, classifying and summarizing relative data, and participate into all discuss and research on the platform

Team cooperation
The group members of the 1st group carry out relative activities, the group members of the 2nd group look up material related to the activities, then the two groups’ members exchange data and experiences on the web. Ways of cooperation of the two groups: material that looked up by the 2nd group serves as the direction to the activities of the 1st group members; activities that the 1st group carried out verify what the 2nd group had looked up. Make theories direct practice, practice verifies theories; realize that knowledge stems from life, and serves life.
