Just stay fit!
Your body will stay fit if you excercise every day. Not being fit could lead to all sorts of problems. Lots of adults are suffering today because they didn't stay fit as a child. You could help prevent this now by excercising every day. Hopefully, this will prevent future problems. Remember, this goes for your brain as well as your body. Have fun staying fit and healthy! You could make up a new game that requires you to use your brain, and involves excercise. You could teach your whole class how to play!
Keeping your heart healthy
The World Health Organization have said that obesity is increasing rapidly and is a threat worldwide to both adults and children. Obesity can lead to heart failure, so you should try to remain healthy and not go overweight. Just eating healthy isn't all you can do, though. You need to keep fit, so excercise as well. Maybe you could try to go for a walk every day. And you could walk a bit further every day. Make sure you do other exercises as well. For example, you could go swimming, or you could take up a sport that interests you. But whatever you do, remember that your heart is the most important organ in your body. If it stops beating, the rest of your body stops functioning and you die.

Anorexia Nervosa is an illness in which the victim always believes that they are too fat and so starves themselves or induces vomiting to get thinner.This is a very serious illness and is sometimes fatal.

Did you know a huge 25% of Irish women suffer from anorexia nervosa this is because of the media and size zero celebrities appearing to be perfect.These rates are particularly high amongst teenage girls trying to be popular.The way this happens is with people going on diets which is a restricted or regulated course of feeding one of these is the infamous milkshake diet in which the person drinks just for a set period of time but of course this can do permanent damage to your health.
