Exercise is very important in a healthy life. A good way to get exercise is playing sports such as Soccer, Basketball, Hockey or Swimming.
Walking, Cycling, jogging or running are also good ways for exercise, if you are close to somewhere you would like to go, don't take the car, do one of the above!
Fun Games For Children
The objective of this game is to catch another player, 1 person is on and must catch another player, then that person becomes on. Good for over 4+ players.
Rounders is a game similar to baseball, You must divide into 2 teams, 1 cathcing and 1 batting, The team who's cathcing throw the ball and the teams who are batting must hit with a racket or club, then the batter runs around the field and must get back to where he was befor the cathers hit it with the ball. Good for 8+ players.
Build Up is similar to chase but when you catch someone you remain on. You and the people you catch try to catch the rest.The game is over when all players are caught.
Skiping Skiping is a game where you jump over a rope where you or another two people are swinging, Another version of skiping in Double Dutch where you jump over 2 ropes at once, or Figure of Eight where 8 people jump one after the other while 2 people swing.
Don't over do it
It's great to get exercise but at the same time getting TOO much can be bad for you. That is because your heart beats faster when you're exercising and if you over do it you might be at risk of a heart attack.
It is recomended that children should get
1+ hour of exercise a day and adults should get 30+ minutes a day seven days a week.
