What does it mean?

Doujinshi are "self-published Japanese works, usually manga or novels. These are the work of amateurs".
Dubbing or looping is "the process of recording or replacing voices of a character for an anime".
Fanart is art based on copyrighted characters and situations, done by fans (usually not with the creator's permission). It is also written as Fan Art. A related term to this is: Doujinshi
Mangaka is a person who creates manga.
Mecha is "a short form for mechanical. It is also known as meka or mechs, and it refers to walking vehicles controlled by a pilot. Mecha are generally, though not necessarily, bipedal, with arms, hands, and fingers capable of grasping objects, and has approximately a human shaped body".
