What does it mean?

Dubbing or looping is "the process of recording or replacing voices of a character for an anime".
Fanart is art based on copyrighted characters and situations, done by fans (usually not with the creator's permission). It is also written as Fan Art. A related term to this is: Doujinshi
Mangaka is a person who creates manga.
Mecha is "a short form for mechanical. It is also known as meka or mechs, and it refers to walking vehicles controlled by a pilot. Mecha are generally, though not necessarily, bipedal, with arms, hands, and fingers capable of grasping objects, and has approximately a human shaped body".

Scanlation groups groups that translate, scanlate, edit, and typeset manga. They work for free.
Subbing is "the act of adding subtitles to an anime. This action is unlicensed in places other than Japan".
