    Why don't you try something like museli, fruit, smoothies,if your having toast try multi grain bread, yoghurt or mixed fruit salad.

  • Morning tea

    Try something small like 1 peice of fruit, a small tub of yoghurt or a museli bar.

  • Lunch

    Try something like a salad, or a salad sandwhich with multi grain bread, fruit salad, smoothie and a museli bar.

  • Afternoon tea

    Eat something little like a tub of yoghurt, smoothie, a piece of fruit or a museli bar.

  • Dinner

    Why dont you cook something like a nice salad and just try things that aren't greasy or take-away.
