Instead of driving to school why not ride a bike, you could bike ride. Also on the weekends you can go for a bike ride with friends and family!

Walking
Walking can be extremely fun with a friend to talk to. If no one is avalible to walk with you, get your ipod out and listen!

Swimming
Swimming is a great and fun way to be healthy. It is especily nice on a hot day so you can cool off! At the beach it's just as fun catching waves!!!

Sport
To be healthy and fit you can join a sports club such as football,netball, swimming, tee-ball and basket ball. These things are all extremely healthy and ENORMOUSLY fun!

Hiking
Hiking is also a great way to get healthy! It is alot of fun and will get you looking healthy and fit in no time!

Do you want to live a healthy life and be fit and healthy so you can live to complete all your dreams?Or do you want to be lazy and over-weight by sitting inside all the time,doing nothing but watching television,going on the computer and play station or texting people when you could be outside?.

I think it is good to be healthy so that you can do lots of things that alot of other people miss out because they are inside staring at the television!Being healthy rocks!
