Introduction
There are many deaths due to hunger all over the world. 25,000 people die of hunger each day. Only in Africa, 30 million people are starving and are in need of food. Also, African parents are so worried that their children are so hungry so they bury their own children alive. That way kids do not die of pain and starvation. This will explain the causes, effects, and solutions about African hunger.
Causes of Hunger
Lots of people are guessing and predicting the reasons of hunger in Africa. Some reasons are that people sell their garden supplies for food. But when the food is gone, Africans are in even more hunger. Then, they have no more things to sell for food or any supplies to make the food. Also people are in lack of money and almost 3 droughts occur every year in Africa. Africa is a very poor continent. We wonder what other causes are.
Effects of African Hunger
Lots of reasons cause hunger but the effects are much worse. Deaths are all over. As you know, 30 million people are starving in Africa. Diseases come because Africans do not have strong healthy bodies. Then, the Africans [mostly kids] need even stronger bodies to live. Have you ever been hungry because you are having a late lunch? You know how your stomach aches and growls. African hunger is 10 times that every minute of the day. That is how bad their hunger is. They are starving and soon, all food will be eaten. Those are the effects of hunger in Africa.
Solutions to African Hunger
Lots of people are trying to find out the solutions that will solve African hunger once and for all. Unfortunately, there might not be a solution to hunger. However, lots of organizations are giving food and money to African countries. Now that Africa is needing food, there is now more awareness. Help is needed everywhere in Africa. That is the problem though. When the money and food are gone, Africa is still poor and hungry. Plus, Africa is overpopulating. There are way too many people in Africa that are starving and ill. So, what can we do? Well, we can give money to African organizations and give stuffed toys and any other toy to African children. Last, we can give canned foods or other foods to Africa.
