Think for yourself

Lately all I see on TV and newspapers all kinds of stuff(not that they may appoint some other) said and written by "smart" people.

"The meat is not good! " "If you eat only vegetables you turn into vegetables! ", "All vegetables are genetically modified! "

My grandfather is 70 years and still open bottles of beer with his teeth, ate the whole life with bacon and red onion from the garden.

All I can say is: easier with chips, many things with E's, Salami cheap with Vaseline.Eat vegetables, meat, fish, drink beer and wine, but all in small quantities, especially those drinks, consume much water cause is important for you're body, sleep at least 8 hours, go down, walk, give way off to the television and in the weekend go outdoors, go to the park or something, thinking clearly, have a positive thinking, speaks to everyone, trust you. Be yourself!
You can do it! I know you can!

Think for you and not follow the herd!

Today we eat music!

Music is very important to us. How to hear a song or even a door sound we start to dance and this is a very good reflection for our body. Music helps us relax, do exercise, interact,to smile.
