Respiration

Introduction
We hear, from all the sources, about the importance of correct respiration, for the optimum function of our organism, equilibriunm, to confute the stress and the anxiety. Maybe this aspect seems minor, but you have to know that, if you don't breathe correct, your blood circulation is slow and that maybe is the answer to the question: "Why i feel so tired, if i eat and sleep well?"
Even if it's hard to believe, correct respiration, constitute a veritable weapon against quotidian stress, from whom no one escape. Correct breathe act as a real medicament.
With all this to breath correct is not so easy as it looks.
Alternatively respiration
This exercise could be done whenever you want, whenever you feel that stress is overwhelming. You will find peace and your brain will be peroxided.
How you act?
You press your wright nostril and breathe trough your other nostril, than you switch.
Alternate and breathe like this for ten times.
Bee's respiration
This exercise is good for recover your strenght, let go your negative emotions and black toughts, and, not at last, your blood pression.
How you act?
You fold one's legs and tamp your ears. Than breathe slow and profound. Ajar your mouth and take out a "buzz". Repet this five times.
Four simple moves for disputing the stress

Clench your lips, clinch your teeth and strain your maxilary for a few minutes, then open your mouth and say "aaaaa!".

Upend your shoulders as much as you can, holding your arms besides your body and than let it as down as you can, with slow moves. Repet this five or six times

Inspire very profound, clenchig your fists and then relax very suddenly. Repet this exercise clenching your legs, then clenchig legs and fists in the same time.

With slow moves, straighten up your spine. Inspire inflating your thoracic box and expire, relaxing your body. Repet this exercise four or five times.
