1. What is relaxation?
Relaxation it is an exercise that anyone can do it and you don't need an equipment, just a little bit of will. If you are expecting of
something unusual it's not. Everyone , i think , practice this type of exercise in the past.
Don't you miss the time under the shower or the time spent reading a book or anyway the time when you could do something that you like.
You don't need a lot of time. If 15 min are just for you it's all you need to be happy in that day.
2. How often we have the relaxation we want?
The question is not how often we relax but if we do that. Some people say that you need some clases to take if you want a deep
relaxation so at the end of these clases you could manage with all kinds of stresfull problems.
Maybe some of us don't have the money and the time for this clases. What we could do?
3. How many benefits are there?
The real problem of psychic deases is the unhealthy way of life, the wrong conceptions about society, the stress
at work or the family enviroment.
The relaxation is an antidot for those problems.

4. How could we relaxe?
My brother enter very slowly in the room and he catch me while i was sitting in my cosy armchair.
"What are you doing?" he asked me.
"I'm relaxing, don't you see? Something happened?" i ask very worried. "
"Something always happend! he said, sententios.And if nothing happend it will, with your neck, if you continue to relax in that way."
"This is my favorite position... i answered."
"You are wrong, that was your favorite, but just until today."
When you have free time and you want to repose, try to profit.
Better 30 minutes than 15...
No one appreciate the importance of total repose in our free time, for 15 minutes (better 30 minutes).
After you got back from work it's recommended a little psychic and physical relaxation.
Total repose imply, in the first place, peace, quietude. Very difficult to realize, it's true, but you don't have to disarm. In time, your
family will get used to it and they will find something unnoisiness to do.
When will be quiet you lay on the sofa or in bed with a cushion beyond your had and beyond your knee a blanket made roll. Now all you
have to do is to get away from whatever preoccupation and to focus your attention on every segment of your body. So, without knowing,
you will get soon at total relaxation of your muscle.
When you suffer of insomnia you could try this exercise too - has the effect of a powerfull sleeping pill.
After your time expire you rise very slowly and do whatever you have to do.
This relax is beneficent for your body and mind.
