There is a proverb which says that "we are what you eat."This proverb shows the importance of the food in human life. We know that all modern human diseases are due to an unhealthy diet and life style.
We see at television commercials and we are the subject of many temptations! Sweets ... fast food ..carbonated drinks- we consume with pleasure without thinking at consequences.
We chose this subject because we see too many people leading a sedentary life ...eating unhealthy witch sooner or later will not be good!For a healthy life we should obey several rules and have in mind some basic notions: nutrition, training, recreation and natural supplements as appropriate.
There are several objectives that each of us has to determine at the beginning of a radical change ... what we want to do is to lose fat,to gain muscle,to maintain.
