- 1.How often do you eat nuts? - they must be fresh► keeps your cardiac level low
- 2.Daily dose of selenium - nuts► anti-oxidant and anti-cancer agent, good immune system
- 3.Soak nuts in pure water► soaking some nuts in water overnight or toasting them in the oven will help your stomach digest them much more easy
