A big part of us don't understand the importance of the sport in our lifes.There are a lot of preconceived opinions used as excuses for ours sedentary lifes.These excusez are used by the lazys or by the people that don't understand the importance of the sport in a healthy life.Let's don't foget that modern man is from the genetically almost identical with the prehistoric man.So,our bodies are made for a life that includes physical effort.A large part of modern human diseases are due sedentariness.Starting a program of training and nutrition earlier you have more chances to be healthier and have a long life.Naturally, this kind life will require will and waiver of other activities and customs.
The first and most important reason is to look better.Most people who are training are doing this for a better look.To look better means to be more attractive for the opposite sex,to be better viewed in the society,and to and gain advantages that other people do not get so easy.
This is the thruth!Sociological studies have shown that people who are considered more attractive have more succes in life than the rest.

Obesity is the modern human disease.Distribution adipose tissue, according to sex is performed on different portions of the body.
Male-adipose tissue is found in the upper body:on the neck,on the chest and on the the upper part of the abdomen.On the buttocks and thighs, the man has only a thin layer of fat.
Female-is reversed, most of the adipose tissue is divided into the lower body and on the buttocks, hips, thighs.
When there are too many kilograms we talk about obesity(android-male,ande ginoid-female).There are also both men and women in which fat is distributed everywhere, both above and in the lower body.However ginoid obesity is less dangerous for health than the android.In other words, obese women feel better and die less often than men, except in cases where obesity is installed in the top.This happens because the android fat is located deeper , wrappes the heart and digestive organs and disturbs the good operation.
Why do i want to lose fat?Most of those who try to lose fat are making this due appearance, without thinking for a second at the impact that obesity has on health.

What influence have others on your health?Who helps me to get a positive state of mind?Our health and our behaviour is very influenced by our families and our friends.If most of our group of friends smoke there is a large opportunity for us to smoke.The same rule shall apply to sport.Most parents make the big mistake and don't let their children to practice any sport .. old excuses: no time to learn.Completely wrong, sports help to develop a good mind and a harmonious body.And the way that we choose the food is very influenced by our family.A lot of people eat unhealthy..Don't make the some mistake..try to change something,try to change someone.Think pozitive,maybe someone will apriciate your life style.And you can start with your parents,even though at first they will not understand you!
