Sport - A crossroad between body and soul
When we talk about sport we have two perspectives.
The first involves a healthy body and the second is that it can help us to expand the vision of our mind and soul.
We can obtain many benefits from practicing sport.Firstly, the sport keeps our organism strong and healthy,it grows and changes the actions and the metabolic combustion, prevents or averts cellulite appearance,it also can offer beautiful forms of the body, lenghtens the bones and improves blood circulation.
Movement is the secret longevity. Those who practice sport regularly,have a good muscle tone, and their body radiates in terms of health and are more effective in their job.
Exercises will not increase and strengthens the muscular system at once, but they will develop it little by little and you will be transformed into “a burning calories-machine”. Doing 30 minutes of exercises every day, you will extend your life for sure.
According to what we mentioned above, the sport can develop harmoniously your children. The sport educates the mind,it instructes us; we learn what fair-play means and it can help to socialize easier with those around us. Sport can help in developing team work. The most important thing is that we need to work hard if we want to have results. Physical exercises and sport games require the attention of children.By doing this they can improve their skills, certain qualities, for exemple: stability, focus, order.
This is the main idea ofthe project .We want to inform those who are interested in sports which are the benefits of practicing sport.
