Sport-crossroad between body and soul

We want to inform better those who are interested in sport and what benefits they have if they decide to practice it,that it can help both adults and children to be more confident,to be efficient in what they do,and very important to form each one of us as a person,with a strong temper.
Sport can offer us two perspectives.The first is the one that involves a healthy body and the second is the one that can help us expand our mind and soul.Movement is the secret of longevity.Doing 30 minutes everyday can definetly lengthen our lives.It will invigorate us and it will transform us into a "burn-calories machine".It forms our temper by learning what fair-play means and what challenge really meens.
We hope that our project will help those who want to have an open social life and in the same time to have a healthy life.The basic idea is to encourage as many people as we can to practice sport or at least to stay in shape for their own healthy.
