Health in School..... is it important?
Our bodies can only function properly ( the way they are supposed to ) if we are healthy. As a student it is important to be physically aswell as emotionally fit.That way you feel good and perform better too.And who doesnt want to do better
What Determines Good Health?
If you are healthy your body must be functioning as well as it could which means you are not feeling any physical pain , discomfort or are unable to show your full potential.
Healthy people have healthy immune systems and hence they rarely get sick and lethargic.
Eating good food is the most important part of being healthy.
That way you get all the important carbohydrates , minerals, good fats and proteins your body needs.
One can not work well in school if they don't feel well and eat well.Being ill and unwell or healthy and fit both have drastically different effects on the way you work.
being physically healthy makes you more productive aswell as active and happier in school.

Away from school is also a part of your life which you spend at home or outside.To enjoy life to the fullest your good health will help you live long , be productive , enjoy, gain knowledge , learn skills, do excellent work, be a good sportsman, and with a fresh glowing personality be valuable , attractive and naturally likeable to others.
How Does A Student Maintain His Health?
Obviously the most important thing to do is eat healthy and exercise. Avoid smoking and such like habits. Maintain a healthy environment around you and prefer physical games to indoor computer games.
