Community service is a excellent way to show that you are a good world citizen. Helping people makes you feel better inside and it makes whoever you helped feel better inside also. Some organizations like Big Brother Big Sister are special to show that you love to do community service and love to be with children. Also helping out in soup kitchens on Thanksgiving or Christmas is a good way to do community service. But people who just say “Oh no I would not even consider helping other people.” That’s just a disgrace to all the people all around the world who struggle and are looking for people to help them get on their feet. Also the people who were working to rebuild peoples houses in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina hit was good community srevice. There are a lot of things you can do to help with community service.
