Influenza virus belongs to Orthomyxoviride family. Influenza virus type A is changeable form/shape (Drift, Shift), and able to cause epidemic and pandemic. Influenza virus type A consist of Hemaglutinin (H) and Neuramidase (N), this to letters/characteristic use for code identification for any various of Avian Influenza subtype, for example : H1N1, H2N2, H3N3, H5N1, H9N2, H1N2, H7N7 or H1-H5 and N1-N9(for animal). The most savage strain which is cause Avian Influenza is from subtype A H5N1.It can stay long in the water until 4 days at 220C and more than 30 days at 00C. It will die at 600C heating during 30 minutes or at 560C during 3 hours using detergent , disinfectant such as formalin and iodine liquid.
