     The groove in which , formerly  the gold diggers digged up from this precions metal , represents one of the must unprecedented landscapes from Africa. This spectacular Canyon who establish the border between the South African Platean  and the area Lowveld from the east , is the must beautiful landscapes from the Africa Continent.

    From the nearby height of 1000 m , the rock wall overturn giddly till the riverbed of the Blyde River.

     The stone bulwarks are dominated by three penks : Three Rondewels ,called like this from it’s resemblances with the traditional circular huts of stran from the communities.
