Robin the boy wonder- Batmans sidekick joined the scene in April, 1940, in number 38. His true name is Dick Grayson.
Alfed- Batmans offical butler. Joined the cast in April/May 1943, in number 16. His last name was orignally Beagle and was later changed to Pennyworth

James Gorden- often seen on the show assisting Batman, but he dosnt actually know Batman's true identiy.

joker- the most devious of all batmans enemies. he is a twisted man that seems to just take joy in causing other people pain. He is physcologial insane and maybe won of the worst villians ever created. If not for batman, the joker would strike fear into the citizens of gotham. As he said "batman completes him"
riddler- when he commits a crime he often leaves clues for batman to figure out what he is planning or where he will strike next.
two-face- the only villian that has two sides to everything. he flips a coin to decide if someone will live or die or if he will commit a crime. one side of his face is badly burned which is how he earned the name two-face.
Mr Freeze- mr feeze became who he is when he put his wife who had a disease that was thought to be uncureable. he was standing above the tank when he fell in and nearly frove himself. He then dawned the suit that we all have seen him in. it keeps him cold enough so that he doesnt die.
Poisin Ivy- it is said that Poisin Ivy became poisin ivy when her Biology teacher suduced her then injected her with posins and toxins thus making her poisin ivy
