Algebra
I'm going to talk about short hand algebra. If you want to multiply 6x6x6 you just go
6x3 but the 3 goes above the 6. The answer is 216. The way you do that is 6x6 is 36
x6 =216. you have to make sure that you don't just go 6x3 because that =s 18 and than
it would'nt be short-hand algebra. Another example would be 9x9x9x9, it would be 9x4
because there are 4 9s.
An easy thing to remember is P.E.M.D.A.S. It stands for Parentheses, Expponent,
Multiply, Divide, Add, and Subtract. But this rule is only for algebra, you have to
remember that. An example wpuld be 8+2x6. the way to figure this problem out is...
First you look for any parentheses and if there any you do that problem first, and if there
aren't any you do the problem from left ot right. Then you do the exponents. which is
like 9x3, but the three is above the 9. Like I said before, if you want to multiply
9x9x9x9, you just go 9x4. If yo don't have any exponents, than you go on to
multiplication. Multiplication is quite easy. I asume you all ready know how to do
multiplication and if you don't, than you shouldn'd be learning algebra. Next you go on
to division. All you have to do is find a division problem, an do it. After, you go to
an addtion problem. Most of the time there aren't any addition problems. Next, is the last
step, subraction. The same thing goes with this. Usually aren't any subtraction problems.
but if there is than you do it, obviosly. And now you put it all together, and thats All for
