If not, what is the reason for not having any home safety products?

This question shows the possible reasons why people do not have safety products. A majority of them says that they have enough knowledge to avoid home accidents. These people apparently do not know the meaning of accidents. Accidents happen not because it was intended or by purpose. It just happens because of carelessness or bad luck. For example, if a fire happens because of a spark that flew out of a power socket that landed on a curtain, is it preventable? Without the fire extinguisher and smoke alarm, the fire would get bigger before you finally realized that something was burning. By then, it would be too late. Home accidents are not avoidable but the worst can be prevented if we have home safety products.

A considerable number of people said that home safety products are not effective. Products are made and sold because they can achieve their intended purpose. Which also means that they are effective. For example, a rubber corner protector can prevent painful collision between a careless person’s head and a sharp corner of a piece of furniture.

For people who think that their home is the safest hence the redundancy of home safety products, I hope that they will change their thinking through our project and website that they will become more aware of the many dangers and not experiencing the dangers first hand.

People who do not know of any home safety products are either very ignorant or do not understand what is meant by home safety products.
Hopefully this group of people will realize the importance of home safety product through our website.
