Their Future

The future of the Street Children

They have a dream. A dream that is still motivates them to live their life. A dream that is still makes them realize that they have future to live in.

This dream is about them – the street children – who are considered trash by their surrounding. In fact, they can be a very successful business people by recycling trash. The goods that we usually find in the mall, market, or department store which is the basic material is paper, who knows that the trash, the street children, makes it. At the beginning it was very hard for them to gain the success in the business, they tried to resist on every single judgment from the society. They proof to the society that they finally can be creative, can produce something which is beneficial for the society and the best part is that, they save the world from global warming by recycling the trash.

What is their future? As the observation has been done to some street children in “Rumah Singgah", they said that they wanted to be a successful entrepreneur because they wanted to apply their skills and their ability that they get in “Rumah Singgah”. Some of them also said that they wanted to be policemen because they wanted to devote their life for their country.

What a wonderful dream they have and now it is our time to support them to reach their dream. We may not change the world, but we can start it with a little dot.
