Chesley

As everyone can see, this website was designed by the Cyber Bees (a team including the members: Chesley, Lauren, Caitlyn, and of course our coach Janine). I have been taking I.T as a subject at Uitsig Highschool for more than a year now and enjoy it a lot. We learnt how to design websites in HTML in the year 2008. I noticed my liking for designing and creating, and this year my teacher approached me asking me if I want to take part in the competition. I could not refuse such an excellent opportunity and grabbed it by the horns.

I have also been part of the school website, writing articles, taking and uploading pictures and articles. I enjoy this a lot and give it my all. I take great pride in all my work and I hope that this task is as successful as all my others. I also designed the quiz on this site. Enjoyed working with Flash. I enjoy spending quality time with family members, enjoying alone time with myself, reading a book, or just lying down and listening to music. That is all about me, hope you enjoy the site!

Lauren

I am a 16-year-old English grade 11 student at Uitsig High School; I have been doing IT for the past two years. I was in charge of collecting information and helping to put the website together. I play Girls Cricket, and love scrapbooking and taking photos. I am part of our schools website, which is run by our coach/IT teacher, Janine.

Caitlyn

Caitlyn is a 14 year old Gr. 9 student at Uitsig High School. She was in charge of the graphics for the website. Her interests include computers, art, music, horses, reading, drawing and writing. Caitlyn is currently creating a comic about her high school. She plays Girls Cricket, and participates in Public Speaking, Lig-Die-Emmer and Rissie-Pit (cultural events at the school). She is also working on the Uitsig High School website, along with other students. Caitlyn works in the school library, because she likes reading and organising the books. She started creating graphics in 2007, and eventually acquired graphic programs, such as Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe GoLive CS2, Adobe Imageready CS2, Macromedia Freehand MX, Macromedia Flash 8 and more, to expand her graphic ability and knowledge.
