This is my first favorite legends Thunder and Lightning

I say that the Chumash was afraid of thunder and lighting. Maybe the Chumash thought that some person in the sky was angry at them.

My second favorite legends is the three worlds

I think that the Chumash thought that there were three worlds and the top is full of good things. The third world was full of bad things. The middle worlds were full of bad and good.

The Spanish Came

There were Chumash people living at the Anacapa Island. They had everything there, food, water, trees, blue barriers. Oh mason it’s so peaceful all the fresh air so nice, wonderful. Mason you are a Chumash Indian with your people but one day the Spanish came and killed your chief and had token most of your sea otters. If I was a live when that happened I would feel sad and angry. I would have gathered all my people and did something about it. But sadly the Spanish had token all of us and token us to their village. Know mason that you are a little girl or boy and you see your mother being buying her and making her there slave. They the next’s thing you see is your father being told “IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR KID, YOU MUST GO TO WAR AND LIVE AND DON’T GET HURT”. Then they get YOU and put you some were weird. Now I would be scared.Allin All thats sad..
