Summary
Early in December 2008, the group met and brainstormed for the survey questionnaires. There were all together three revisions before we finally agreed on the questions. We had valuable feedback from our teacher mentor, Mdm Lim Lai Cheng, principal of Raffles Institution and Mdm Aileen Chor, our coach.
Two surveys were conducted simultaneously in Singapore and New Zealand from 10th December 2008 to 30th December 2008. We managed to survey 168 people. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS, and Excel from 8th January 2009 to 28th February 2009. Linear co-relation and simple cross-relational analysis were carried out. The team also tried to look at certain aspect of qualitative analysis and responses from those surveyed. Below are our survey findings, conclusions and recommendations.
