7.Kick the ball with hell palm of hand when opened.
8.Hold out arm when the position to reach untill vey far.

10.Change the body weight to ahead.

Continues mevement:
1.Forward to change a body weight to ahead.
2.Dropped arm with slowly for continued.
3. Moved to court.
