Prepare :
1.Move to direction of ball.
2.Ready to position.
3.Shoulder parallel to target.

7.Hold out hand in front of temple.

Reallization:
1.Accept ball in back down part.
2. Accept with 2 upper joints from finger to thumb.
3.Straight hand and foot to direction of target.
4.Change body weight to direction of target.

Continues Movement:
1.Straight hand with fully.

4.You must pushing the ball. Don't turn round ball with your hand.
5.When in right of court, you must to course straight to left seam court and your right foot in ahead.
6.When you in position for baiting,your shoulder must merge with target did you want.
7.You must placed ball until can to seam court.Sure you straighted hand and your foot to gived power.
8.Drop of course highest from bait must highest 6-8 inch in upp of net for bait to front, and 5-6 inch for bait to back.
