Games Rules Arround Net

Some rules to regulate game in arround net and center line that is :
1. Ball certain can played if ball touch part of net sure except when doing service.
2. Someone player do not to touch net.
3. If ball be struck with hard to net course until touching enemy player, then that no foult to player when they touch net.
4. Hand can arround net if doing spike.
5. Only body part can in enemy position is foot but some from that foot must certain in up of center line.
6. When ball dead, touching net or arround center line not to foult. Ball its a ball dead if touching floor, out from court and when rally finish because referee blow a whistle.
7. Someone player cannot to doing spike before ball arround net in that area.
