Ucmakdere, the joy of paragliding...
The village of Ucmakdere, with deep blue seas and green hills, has become the new destination for the paragliding enthusiasts. Gliding through Ucmakdere's panaromic scenery starts from 625-ft high Nisantepe. Paragliders taking off from one of the four takeoff points land at Ayvasil bay. Taking of and landing points is 6 km and also an unpaved road conects these points.
Nisantepe's altitude is also favorable for paragliding daredevils practicing their risky maneuvers.
