These Historical Rock-Cut Shrines lies in Dhar District in Narmada Valley in southernmost part of the vindhya valley in kukshi tehsil in dhar. These Caves are about 152 km. away from the nearest Railway Station Mhow on Ajmer-Khandwa Narrow Guage Section of the Western Railway. Buses and taxis are also avilable for road ways from Indore and Mhow. From Dhar District they are about 108 km. to the south west. From Kukshi the caves are situated about 18 km. to the north direction.
