Coral Reefs are all over the world, from North America all the way to Australia. Reefs are usually found in shallow warm water near land, and mostly in the tropics. Coral like temperatures between seventy to eighty five degrees Fahrenheit. There are coral reefs just about everywhere. They are located:

• Northeast and Northwest coast of Australia
• Polynesia
• United State (Florida)
• Caribbean
• Brazil

The Largest coral reef in the world is in Australia; it is called the Great Barrier Reef and is over 1, 257 miles long.
