President Barack Obama has a plan for the environment for the United States. The United States would lower carbon emissions by 80% by investing $150 billion in research for things that will help lower carbon emissions. Obama wishes to boost economy standards and get 1 million plug-in cars in American homes by 2015. Obama will also create seven thousand dollars tax credit on buying advanced cars.
Our new president will create a National Low Carbon Fuel Standard. He will establish a “Use it or lose it” campaign to existing natural resources such as oil and gas. The “use it or lose it” campaign is a way to get more oil. President Obama says “the oil companies are not using the land and off shore drilling spots. He will endorse the responsible domestic production of oil and natural gas. He will initiate millions of new green jobs by ensuring that 10% percent of our electricity comes from renewable sources by the year 2012, and 25% by the year 2025. President Obama will organize the cheapest, cleanest & fastest energy source of energy effectiveness. He also will weatherize 1 million homes annually, which will help lower the amount of energy used. This will also lower heating and cooling bills. President Obama will build and arrange clean coal equipment. He will prioritize the assembly of the Alaska natural gas pipeline. The new president’s plan for the environment has many aspects and his hoped to succeed.
