What not to do with your tongue
Just because you have a tongue and it is your tongue, that doesn't mean you should harm it. Everyone has one tongue in life, so treat it well.
Flag Poles
Flag Poles cause tongues pain every year. Why? Because someone thought that their tongue wouldn't stick to that cold flag pole (metal must be 32ºF, 0ºC or below) but, it did. If someone is going to do this and you have tried everything in your power to convince them otherwise make sure you have a bucket of warm water on hand. That way when their tongue does stick you can unstick the tongue by putting the warm water on the stuck tongue.
Tongue Piercing
We shudder when we see or hear someone has pierced their tonge. Why? Well let us ask this qestion, why would you want something metal on your tongue all day that can make you talk funny, look funny, and make everyone else run far away from you? Plus, we have heard from some people, who have decided to pierce their tongue and told us how painful it is.
