Before doing any gymnastic moves, one should sretch really well. Some stretches include stretching the wrist by stretching it back and forth for about one minute. Another good stretch involves doing a back bend and pulling ones self up or flipping over. These are some great streches.
In gymnastics You also need to have some skill at it. It is great if you have great flexibility. To have flexibility you can do splits and backbends perfect. You can also improve on being flexible. One way is to practice doing a split every night with streching first.
