As World War 1 broke out, Mussolini ’s official outbreak with socialism had begun. When World War 1 ended in 1918, Mussolini was at unfinished business politically. At first he planned young Fascists into equipped groups. Mussolini had numerous war veterans that supported aggressive nationalism. The follows of Mussolini had to be dressed in black shirts. Mussolini permitted Adolf Hitler to conquest Austria ; hence, this aided to bring the Munich Pact. The Munich Pact is a document. In 1920 – 1921 work strikes, rebellion because of elevated food fees, peasant land professions, and tax revolts had swept over the nation. In the mid 1930’s Mussolini became obsessed with the idea that he wanted to make a new Roman Empire that would restore with the Italian civilization.
