Welcome to the history of China

China's history is as fascinating as their superstitions. Their trials and tribulations as a country are remarkable and deserve to be remembered. Their people are absolutely loyal and work incredibly hard to achieve little but are content with what they have been given.

It is difficult to distinguish what is fact and fiction when reading about their history for it is so closely interwoven with their legends and myths. Nonetheless, it is intriguing.

It is said that the first people in the world were Chinese and that over time, due to Emperor's and Gods, and missions, they soon spread to other countries. The most common one is that one Emperor was so paranoid about death, he sent out an army all over the world to seek a pill that will allow him to live forever. Those that did not locate the pill would die. Of course such pill did not exist and the people did not want to die so they simply remained in whatever region they were sent to.

The way the Chinese people live has hardly changed over the years.

China's history time period was divided by Dynasties. For every new Emperor, there was a new Dynasty. As in everything, some Emperors were wonderful, and some were ruthless.

In a way, the Chinese people could be thought of as conceited, but extremely intelligent. They created The Great Wall of China, figured out how to use the silk worm to make silk, and created many of the useful things we use today; as in calendars. Also, acupuncture, a popular form of relaxation and cleansing the body to have good health.

Interview with Catie:

"The Chinese believe that they were the first in the world. That everything is based off of them.

"The three main gods created the world several thousand years back.

"Jade Empress, The God Of Fire, and God Of Fertility.

"Life was created in China, but rumor has is that; people spread out around the world over a few thousand years.

"Supposedly we, the people of China, did everything. Created everything."
