Not Addicted - Do you even use mobile devices?
You are not the least bit addicted. Just like clear water, you are not contaminated in any sense. This can mean one of three things:
1. You have not used/dislike using mobile devices.
2. You have perfect control over your thoughts and actions.
3. You lied.
If you belong to group 1, you should make an effort to get in touch with mobile devices. While it is unwise to over-rely on them, it is equally unwise not to make use of them. They can be largely beneficial to us when used appropriately, for our health, psychology, social skills and, in small ways, even helps to protect our environment. Most importantly, they can assist us in many of our daily tasks, which will make work much more efficient. Of course, while you discover its benefits, be cautious that you do not get addicted. Remember, you can always check your status with our test!
If you belong to group 2, I am happy for you. You are heading in the exact direction which everyone should try to attain, though it will not always be possible. However, do ensure that you are not only subconsciously suppressing your desires, as it may result in dire consequences in the long run should the amount of stress and pressure build up.
Finally, for those in group 3, I have a quote for you: "Honesty is the best policy." You probably want to try the test again.
To understand how we configured this test, please read the section on Symptoms of Addiction. Additionally, there are three other possible results which you can view (providing this will not affect your judgement and truthfulness should you attempt the test again): Moderate User, Somewhat Addicted and Total Addiction
